There are many ways to stay connected with the Escuela Key PTA and school community. Pick what works best for your family:

PTA Communications Channels

Busy & interactive. Great for quick questions to other Key families, volunteer call-outs, and day-to-day reminders.
Expect lots of messages and community chatter. Not every post is an official PTA notice.
Official PTA updates posted here are also emailed through the PTA Email Listserv—so if you miss something in WhatsApp, check your inbox.
To request a join link, email CommsChair@keypta.org with your full name and your student’s grade(s).
WhatsApp Guidelines: Eng / Span

Grade-specific info only. Class events, field trips, and logistics for your grade.
Grade-level updates are not sent via the PTA Email Listserv, so WhatsApp is the best way to stay informed at the grade level.
To request the join link for a grade-level WA group, email CommsChair@keypta.org with your child’s grade.

Essentials only. Official PTA updates with key dates, deadlines, and links—without extra conversation.

(Website & app) APS, Escuela Key, and teachers use ParentSquare for important messages (bus delays, event alerts, weekly Principal updates).

K–2 often needs volunteers to stuff folders (watch your grade WhatsApp for sign-ups).
