The Escuela Key PTA Directory helps families connect for playdates, birthdays, and classroom communication. Access is limited to our school community.

📝 Register / Login 📖 Open the Directory

• Family contact info (only what you choose to share)
• Class lists & teacher assignments (as released)
• Search by student name, grade, or teacher

Who can see it? Only verified Escuela Key families and approved PTA admins. Information is never public.

1. Create / Log in to your Membership Toolkit account (one per household).
2. Verify your family info (student name, grade/teacher, adults, contact details).
3. Set your privacy choices (what to show in the Directory) and save.

➡ Start / Manage Your Account

• The PTA Directory option is set to “Yes” by default.
• If you do not want to be included, you must change it to “No.”
• This setting applies to each student, so families with more than one child must update each student’s profile in ParentVue.

➡ Go to ParentVue

• Search tips: try first or last name; filter by grade/teacher.
• On your phone: use your browser or the Membership Toolkit app (sign in with the same account).
• New to Key? Create your account, add your student(s), then choose what to share.
